Medard is a man-made lake created by flooding the former coal mine called Medard-Libík. Its rock bed and technology of flooding boasts exceptionally clean water, ideal for recreational use.

Won through an invited design competition this proposal reinvents the typology for an urban infill site located in Holesovice, Prague 7.
