The site is located in Prague 4, a popular commercial hub, and this proposal is the final plot within a masterplan by Richard Meier.

A highly efficient ‘U’ shaped floor-plate, incorporating an atrium along the western elevation, responds to the main masterplan axis, ensuring optimised views towards the park and the river.

The design brings greenery deep into the interior of the building, with imaginative planting in the atrium space and informal break-out spaces. A green roof offersan additional external amenity for relaxation, with impressive views out over Prague.

The building is designed to have zero impact on the environment during its construction and operation (SKANSKA Deep Green initiative) whilst also achieving a LEED ‘Platinum’ certification.

The site is located close the city centre and forms a prominent element within the new Pentagon Masterplan designed by Richard Meier.  Primary views are oriented towards the main park area and the river valley to the west and along the main pedestrian axis of the masterplan.
