Construction shots of our Snegiri Eco Moscow scheme show the progress the 195-unit residential development in south-west Moscow is making.
After winning an international competition in the summer of 2012, Bogle Architects was appointed to design the façades, co-ordinate internal layouts and provide landscape design for this site, located within the leafy Western Administrative District of Moscow which includes some of the most exclusive resort villages in the capital.
Today it is recognised as one of the most desirable residential areas in Moscow. Bounded by low and high rise residential buildings, the site sits within the Seytun River Valley nature reserve featuring woodland, landscaped parks and a large decorative lake.
“Our design adds value by introducing ecological benefits such as open space, reduced running and maintenance costs and offers indirect benefits such as intelligent material choice, extended life span and the careful orientation of buildings.
Our concept integrates the buildings within the parkland setting, including green roofs and terraces.”
